Rushing Sigma Tau Gamma
Rushing the fraternity is the process whereby prospective members are invited to the house in order to meet the brothers. The atmosphere for this is usually some type of party on the weekend. Open houses and other events such as rush dinners are also common. The whole process begins at the IFC Rush Mixer, where individuals can sign up to be contacted for rush events by individual fraternities which they are interested in.
Rushing Sig Tau is similar to other houses. We have scheduled rush dinners, activities such as BBQs, basketball, hiking trips, and of course, rushes are always welcome at parties. To get into one of our parties, all you need to do is get put on the guest list. This can be done by simply asking any brother that you know to put you on the list. If you don't know any of our brothers, feel free to contact our rush chairman Mark Rubin, who'd be glad to help you out and get to know you. Anybody interested in finding out more about our brotherhood is encouraged to come down and meet us, anytime. The door is always open!
